Ingredients
- 1 cup of Self Raising Flour
- 2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup of Soy/Almond/Rice/Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons of No Egg - Natural Egg Replacer (optional)
- 1 large serving of Agave Nectar
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch of Salt
- Seeds/Nuts (optional)
- Finely chopped Zucchini (optional)
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt into a bowl
- Add in the agave nectar, no egg replacer, soy milk and vanilla extract
- Stir until the mixture is well combined
- Add any optional ingredients and stir
- Pour the mixture into an oven-proof dish
- Bake the brownies for 15-25 minutes
