Vegan Brownies

Ingredients

    • 1 cup of Self Raising Flour
    • 2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
    • 1/2 cup of Soy/Almond/Rice/Coconut Milk 
    • 2 tablespoons of No Egg - Natural Egg Replacer (optional)
    • 1 large serving of Agave Nectar
    • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
    • 1 pinch of Salt
    • Seeds/Nuts (optional)
    • Finely chopped Zucchini (optional)

Method

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4
  • Sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt into a bowl
  • Add in the agave nectar, no egg replacer, soy milk and vanilla extract
  • Stir until the mixture is well combined
  • Add any optional ingredients and stir
  • Pour the mixture into an oven-proof dish 
  • Bake the brownies for 15-25 minutes
